Sounds like we are a match! We are looking for a Senior Senior UX/UI Designer in HCM!
You are always looking for ways to make a product or service easier to use, natural, intuitive and beautiful.
You read a lot of articles about design, user experience, user interface best practices and optimizations, accessibility, fonts, etc.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer with at least 3+ years of UX Design
- You are comfortable with creating Design Systems
- French or English written and verbal communication skills required (French is a big plus).
- You know about accessibility
- You know Figma and/or Adobe XD
- If you are proficient with UI design, it is a big plus.
The missions
- You interact with our customers to define a great product experience and design.
- Work cross-functionally to gather feedback, insights, and know the emotions of the users.
- Create mockups and prototypes to drive the product usability
- Guarantee that the deliverables match the expectations in terms of usability, accessibility, and quality.
- Analyze feedback after each release to monitor users feelings and improve their overall experience
